in law school there is a filing technique known as the crosswalk where you wait until the last minute to check all your bases before filing in a methodical fashion it is not worthwhile to waste time in a venture that will falter in a finite amount of paces after initiation it is constantly reminded that the crosswalk should be avoided unless with competing state interests can be withheld at bay
